All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once placed successfully.

Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery is available only where specified.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on location.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, text, product descriptions, designs, and website layout) is the property of Desi Hub.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolar, Karnataka.


Shipping Policy

Effective From: 15 September 2025

We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery may take 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

In case of delays due to strikes, weather disruptions, or high demand, we will inform you promptly.

Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.


Return and Refund Policy

At Desi Hub, we take great care to ensure that our spices and food products reach you in perfect condition. Since we deal in consumable food items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  1. Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during transit.
The product is defective or incorrect (wrong item sent).

To initiate a return:

Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.

  1. Refund Process
    If your refund is approved, it will be processed in 2 days and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after product inspection or approval.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    Opened or partially used food items.
    Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
    Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.
    Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
